Week 4 of Diddy’s Trial Ends with Disturbing Testimony About Drug-Fueled ‘Hotel Nights’
The fourth week of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ high-profile sex-trafficking trial concluded with gut-wrenching testimony from an ex-girlfriend — identified only as “Jane” — who told jurors that she was coerced into disturbing, days-long sex sessions with male escorts, known as “hotel nights” or “freak-offs,” as recently as August 2024.
Through sobs, Jane detailed how she endured years of abuse at the hands of Combs, who allegedly gave her drugs like ecstasy to survive the multi-day orgies that often included up to three male sex workers in addition to Combs himself. She said she used drugs as a way to “tune out” the reality of what was happening.
“I just know what my partner likes to see… and I begin,” she told jurors, describing how she performed during the encounters.
Jane’s account closely mirrors prior testimony from Cassie Ventura, another ex-girlfriend who has accused Combs of similarly forcing her into drug-fueled group sex under threats and emotional manipulation. Both women testified they were pressured to recruit escorts, engage in unwanted acts, and continue these degrading sessions against their will.
Prosecutors played recordings in court of a typical “hotel night,” in which Combs is heard objecting to condom use, pressuring Jane and the escorts to continue. Text messages from Jane show her pleading to end the sessions, expressing fear and emotional exhaustion.
“It’s dark, sleazy, and it makes me feel disgusted,” Jane wrote in one message. “I don’t want to play this role out of fear of losing the roof over my head.”
In another moment, jurors heard a recorded outburst from Combs in which he yelled at Jane:
“I can do whatever the f— I want to… You’re f—ing nuts!”
Jane testified that she developed physical complications such as repeated UTIs and emotional trauma from the sessions. She added that it angered Combs when she asked male escorts to wear condoms and that he used money, drugs, and housing to maintain control over her life.
Her testimony also revealed Combs’ behind-the-scenes operation: assistants who arranged the hotels, moved cash, delivered drugs, and coordinated the logistics of these encounters. Jane said she was even instructed by Combs’ team to transport drugs from Los Angeles to Miami.
Defense attorneys claim Jane is a disgruntled ex seeking revenge, arguing that all sex was consensual. However, prosecutors have presented texts, recordings, and testimony that paint a chilling portrait of coercion, fear, and abuse.
Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and prostitution charges, faces life in prison if convicted. He remains in federal custody in Brooklyn.
