1 kg pork neck 1. Season the pork with salt, pepper, paprika, and ground coriander.
1 tsp salt 2. Rub melted butter over the entire piece.
1 tsp paprika 3. Make small cuts and insert garlic cloves into the holes.
½ tsp ground coriander 4. Drizzle lightly with oil and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
30–40 g melted butter 5. Add a little oil and 20 g butter to a baking dish, place pork inside.

20 g butter 7. Bake at 160–170°C for 2 hours.
