Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (about 150g each)
- 1 bunch of asparagus, tough ends trimmed
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the asparagus on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and half of the dried herbs. Toss to coat.
- Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Rub the remaining tablespoon of olive oil onto the salmon and sprinkle with the remaining herbs, salt, and pepper. Place a slice of lemon on top of each fillet.
