Katie Price has issued a concise statement after her ex-husband, Alex Reid, launched what he calls a “campaign to expose the truth” about her. This comes just days after her other ex, Peter Andre, also released a public statement accusing Price of spreading lies for years.
A representative for Price provided a short, direct statement to Metro, saying: “This is a video that was shared with Katie’s Trustee in Bankruptcy several months ago, and Katie has fully complied with the Trustee’s investigations into the same. The cash featured did not belong to Katie.”
Meanwhile, Peter Andre’s team confirmed he is also taking action. A source close to him told the outlet: “Peter has seen the video and is totally disgusted, even more so because his young daughter has been involved in it.” His representatives added, “Peter will be dealing with this with his lawyers.”
The recent public statements from Reid and Andre coincide with reports that Price is planning a three-part personal documentary. A source for The Mirror stated that Alex Reid and Price’s third ex-husband, Kieran Hayler, are teaming up with lawyers to try and block her from featuring them on the show. “They just want her to stop trashing them, and can’t believe she is being given a platform,” the source said.

Kieran Hayler, the father of Price’s two youngest children, recently issued a public apology to their daughter, Princess, after she admitted she wished she had a happier childhood.
In his own cutting statement, Peter Andre, who met Price on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2004, declared he would no longer stay silent. He revealed that in 2019, family courts issued a legally binding order for their children, Junior and Princess, to live with him for their safety. He also noted that in previous court cases in 2011 and 2015, Price was found to have made false claims and was ordered to pay damages and apologize.
In response to Andre’s statement, Price’s representative said: “Kate is in a much better and clear headspace and is at peace with the situation… it’s now in her lawyers hands. Kate will no longer be gaslighted and bullied as she once was…”
