Taylor Swift Joins Travis Kelce on New Heights Podcast: “We’re About to Do a F—ing Podcast!”

Taylor Swift is in her New Heights era.

The 14-time Grammy winner is making her debut on the podcast’s Wednesday, Aug. 13 episode, confirmed to appear on the Aug. 13 episode of New Heights. The pop megastar’s boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce are the hosts of the popular podcast. Swift and Travis first sparked dating rumors in September 2023.

“92%ers, we’re coming back early for a special episode with a VERY special guest. New episode Wednesday 7PM ET,” the New Heights Instagram account posted on Monday, Aug. 11.

The New Heights team posted a preview of the episode a few hours later. In the clip, Swift tells Kelce that blue is a nice color on him. “Yes, I know. It’s the color of your eyes, sweetie, it’s why we match so well,” he says.

The initial social media tease sent fans into a frenzy, speculating that the “Cruel Summer” singer was the silhouette pictured between the brothers. “DONT DO THIS UNLESS ITS FOR REAL IM SO SERIOUS,” one person said of the promotional image.

“THEY’re WEARING TAYLOR MERCH,” another pointed out, referring to Jason’s Eras Tour shirt. “You’re either going to break our hearts or break the internet… prepping for both 🫡,” a third wrote.

“It’s the bangs in the silhouette for me,” one fan wrote.

Swift and Travis, both 35, began dating in 2023 after Travis tried to give her his phone number at her Kansas City Eras Tour concert. “I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings,” he said in July 2023 on New Heights.

“I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,” he added, which had his phone number on it.

During the 2023-2024 NFL season, Swift became a constant at the Kansas City Chiefs’ home games, cheering on Travis in the suite. At times, she was joined by his parents, her family, and her famous friends.

During his off-season, Travis attended several of Swift’s Eras Tour concerts all over the world. He even made an appearance on stage during one of her London shows for the “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart” costume change skit in June 2024.

Most recently, the couple spent time at Tight End University in Nashville in June, where they made their “red carpet debut.” Swift also delivered a surprise performance of “Shake It Off.”

Jason, 37, spoke about his brother’s relationship with the “Champagne Problems” singer during an appearance on Charles Barkley and Ernie Johnson’s podcast The Steam Room.

“I remember just being like, ‘Are you kidding me? Like you’re hanging out with Taylor Swift. Like, that’s insane. That’s awesome for you,’” Jason said in February, recalling when he first learned about the relationship.

“I think this felt different,” the former Philadelphia Eagles center said. “What also felt different is just the way he talks about her and talked about her from the moment he was with her.“

“You could tell how much he really, really liked her, right from the get-go,” Jason revealed. “I think that the level early on in that was something that was very eye-opening to me when we first had discussions.“
