Megyn Kelly is making her strong disapproval of Jennifer Lopez’s performances clear. The political commentator recently took to social media, sharing a video of Lopez dancing provocatively on stage and writing, “So she’s a soft porn star now. Great choices!“
The video shows Lopez, currently on her Up All Night Tour, in a white, lace-up unitard, engaging in suggestive dancing with male performers before launching into her 2011 hit, “I’m Into You.” Entertainment Weekly has reportedly reached out to Lopez’s representatives for a comment.
This is not the first time Kelly has publicly criticized Lopez. In recent months, Kelly has frequently targeted the singer. In June, a significant portion of her show was dedicated to the “steamy ensemble” Lopez wore to a Pride event in Washington, D.C. Kelly exclaimed, “This is a serious problem in our culture, when you have a 56-year-old woman who performs on stage — and this was a Pride event of course because J. Lo’s also woke — and thinks it’s really important that she show her vagina to us.”
Kelly also drew parallels to a similarly risqué outfit worn by Halle Berry at the Met Gala in May, which Kelly claimed showed “side pube.” Kelly continued her critique, asking, “This 56-year-old woman as an attempt to be like empowered and show us how you can still be fierce at 56 really wanted us to see her vagina… Why? Why does she think that’s important? Why do these women think this is empowering?“
Back in January, during a Trump victory rally, the former Fox News journalist unexpectedly attacked Lopez’s recent divorce from Ben Affleck. Kelly told the crowd, “The good news just keeps on coming. I woke up this morning, I was two inches taller, a pound thinner and I had skin like Jennifer Lopez. Speaking of J. Lo, how happy are you [that] her candidate lost? It’s so delightful.”
The host of The Megyn Kelly Show further added, “These Hollywood celebrities who get up there and try and tell us how to vote, really. I mean like those celebrities who know nothing about anything. All J. Lo knows about what to do is ruin marriages. She’s an expert in that. Why did she have to try and ruin the country too? So goodbye J. Lo, it didn’t work out for you.”
Lopez, for her part, has not publicly responded to Kelly’s comments. Instead, her social media channels have remained focused on her glamorous appearances, performances, and promoting upcoming projects like her musical drama film, Kiss of the Spider Woman.
The 21-show Up All Night: Live in 2025 — Lopez’s fifth concert tour and first in six years — began on July 8 in Pontevedra, Spain, and is scheduled to conclude on August 12 in Sardinia, Italy.
