Kanye West has finally broken his silence regarding the serious accusations made by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. Pisciotta, a fitness model who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, has amended a 2024 lawsuit, now accusing the rapper of sexual assault, oral rape, and sex trafficking. This new legal action is a continuation of a prior lawsuit in which Pisciotta claimed West had drugged and raped her at a party.
West’s legal team, led by representative Milo Yiannopoulos, has responded forcefully to the new complaint, calling it the “fourth version she has advanced.” Yiannopoulos stated that each new revision is “more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined,” and that the team is ready to “annihilate Ms. Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury.”
In a statement to the MailOnline, Yiannopoulos also pointed out the perceived contradictions in Pisciotta’s claims, noting that she has targeted a rapper who “loathes violence, has never been arrested, and doesn’t even own a gun.” The legal filing also includes Pisciotta’s claims that West attempted to kiss her on multiple occasions, which she said was “not professional.”
In a counter-statement, Pisciotta’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, criticized West’s publicist, calling their attack on her client “outrageously false and defamatory.” Bloom also highlighted what she called West’s own “admissions,” which she believes will “destroy him in court.” She concluded, “We look forward to seeing him there, where he cannot hide behind a high priced spin team.”
The original lawsuit, filed in October 2024, included Pisciotta’s most serious claim: that years before working for West, he drugged and raped her at a party with Sean “Diddy” Combs. According to the lawsuit, West allegedly confessed to the assault during her final weeks as his employee. Pisciotta claims that after being given a drink by West, she felt “disorientated” and her memory of the night went blank. Years later, she says West “reminded” her of the incident, claiming they “did kind of hook up a little one time,” after she had been drugged. He allegedly omitted the “true nature and severity” of the encounter.
