50g Cheddar cheese
50g Mozzarella cheese
Paprika, salt, pepper

Instructions

 

Step Method
1 Grate potatoes and mix with flour, eggs, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2 In a skillet, sauté chicken pieces in vegetable oil until golden. Add onions, garlic, and peppers. Cook until soft.
3 Add the potato mixture into the skillet evenly. Cover and cook for 10–15 minutes on low heat until set. Flip carefully if needed.
4 Top with shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella. Cover again and let cheese melt.
5 In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve the dish warm with the garlic-dill sauce. Enjoy!
